About BUSD (Binance USD)

BUSD is a 1:1 USD-backed stablecoin approved by the New York State Department of Financial Services (NYDFS) and issued in partnership with Paxos.

We accept BUSD in Binance Smart Chain (or BNB Chain) network.

Be careful when paying - you need to make a transfer only to the network in which your BUSD are located. You cannot transfer BUSD between different networks - otherwise your money may be lost!

After payment

After payment, you need to email us the transaction ID and the main account email. Otherwise, we will not be able to understand from whom the money came and will not be able to credit it to your internal account.

Transaction ID

Each transaction has a transaction ID (also known as a transaction hash). The IDs are alphanumeric characters and look something like this:
0x931d387731bbbc988b312206c74f77d004d6b84

Usually, the transaction ID is found along with other information about the transaction made.

Main account email

Main account email is the email of the person who registered the ERPHY account with this email.

Transaction status

You can find the progress status of your transaction. Copy your transaction ID and go to Etherscan.io
Paste into the Search field the transaction ID. From there, you can track your transaction. It usually takes 12 confirmations (it can take up to 30 on some platforms) for your transaction to complete, so hang tight!
